The island is ready to open their doors and welcomes this new season about to start. Also, on Saturday 14th May, the creative restaurant MEL DE MAGRANETA by CIEL AZUL will open its doors, located at Cala Martina (Aptos. Ciel Azul). A lovely space between Sta. Eulalia and Es Canar that invites creativity and to enjoy the sun and pool while discovering a tasty and authentic vegan and vegetarian cuisine made with top quality products from the island of Ibiza.
In addition to a restaurant, MEL DE MAGRANETA by CIEL AZUL is an open arts space, a point to enjoy in a different way creativity, music and gastronomy in a positive way.

Jorge Pardo is a living legend of Flamenco, Jazz, and World Music, one of the great exponents of fusion between flamenco and jazz and one of the most internationally acclaimed jazz Spanish figures. His style with the flute and sax has become a reference model. Jorge Pardo began his musical studies at 14 years in the Real Conservatorio of Madrid and then he began playing with musicians such as Tete Montoliu, and Lou Bennett, who introduced into the professional world of flamenco by the greatest Paco de Lucía.
Luis Amador “Pata Negra” is drummer and percussionist, an eclectic musician, the son and nephew of two of the biggest exponents of flamenco electric blues in Spain: Rafael and Raimundo Amador, peers and colleagues of Camarón or Paco de Lucía, including revolutionaries of flamenco with whom he grew. He began his career as a percussionist, accompanying the group “PATA NEGRA” with only 10 years, starting to play the drums at the age of 15. At 17 years old becomes the Diego Amador’s percussionist accompanying him in numerous live concerts as well as in the recording of many albums: Piano Jondo and Rio de los Canasteros.
Moreover, Luís has worked in companies such as Farruquito, Joaquín Cortés, Paloma Fantova, Chick Corea, Hiram Bullock, Jovino Santos Neto, Dave Holland, Luis Salinas, Ivan Lins, and Jorge Pardo among others …
